Time commitment- there is about 5-10 hours of planning & communications that will occur throughout the year.

Speak to treasurer in September, to get budgeted amount for the year, and communicate that amount to Eva O’Mara (our Principal)
Meet with Principal at least once at the beginning of the year, asking her for a list of “wants” from the teachers/staff at HD and ask her prioritize them.
As budget allows throughout the year, start purchasing (with Eva’s guidance on specific items requested) items from her checklist.
If technological items are desired, meet with Todd Wasil, the technology specialist to determine best pricing, specific tools desired, etc.
Keep a running tab of money spent on Gifts and Goals purchases so that we do not exceed budget.
